About

Librarika is a cloud-based Integrated Library System (ILS) that helps libraries catalogue their collections, manage circulation, and publish an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) for their members. Librarika is fully hosted — there is nothing to install or maintain, and updates are delivered automatically.

Who operates Librarika

Librarika is operated by Raynux Pty Ltd (ABN 38 700 717 166), an Australian company based in Perth, Western Australia. Raynux has taken over the operation of Librarika from its previous operator; the service continues as before, and your data and account carry over unchanged. For our terms and how we handle data, see our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and GDPR Statement. You can reach us any time at info@librarika.com.

Built to be simple

Many small and medium libraries find traditional library systems difficult to install, configure and maintain — often requiring dedicated infrastructure or specialist staff. Librarika is designed to remove that burden, so librarians can focus on their collections and members rather than on managing software.

Pricing

Librarika is free to use for collections of up to 2,000 titles or records. Larger collections are supported through our paid plans, and we are happy to consider higher allowances for eligible non-profit and charitable organisations. See Librarika Plans for current packages and pricing.

Who uses Librarika

Librarika suits a wide range of libraries — from universities, colleges and schools to public, corporate, community and personal collections — and is used by organisations in many countries. Whether you are managing a single classroom collection or an institutional library, Librarika scales to suit.

Cataloguing and data enrichment

To make cataloguing faster, Librarika can automatically retrieve cover images and bibliographic information from a range of established bibliographic sources and catalogues, so records can be created with minimal manual effort. We gratefully acknowledge the Open Library project, an initiative of the Internet Archive, whose open cover-image API is among the sources we draw on.
